tvN has released a tongue-in-cheek teaser for its upcoming drama “The Divorce Insurance”!
“The Divorce Insurance” is a new romantic comedy starring Lee Dong Wook as Noh Ki Jun, an insurance actuary in the innovative product development team at Plus Insurance. After going through no less than three divorces himself, Noh Ki Jun comes up with the idea of “divorce insurance” plans.
The amusing new teaser is formatted as a cheesy commercial video for Plus Insurance’s divorce insurance products. The video begins with Noh Ki Jun declaring, “There are many types of insurance in the world.” The commercial then offers glimpses of some of those different kinds of insurance: storm and flood insurance, earthquake insurance, fire insurance, and car insurance.
“However, there has never been insurance that prepares you for this,” continues Noh Ki Jun. “Divorce. Divorce insurance that guarantees your happiness.”
Joined by his colleagues Jeon Na Rae (Lee Da Hee), Ahn Jeon Man (Lee Kwang Soo), and Kang Han Deul (Lee Joo Bin), Noh Ki Jun concludes with a smile, “Plus Insurance is rooting for you!”
