MBC’s “Undercover High School” is a new comedy action drama about a National Intelligence Service (NIS) agent who goes undercover as a high school student to track down Emperor Gojong’s missing gold. Seo Kang Jun stars as Jeong Hae Seong, an ace NIS field agent who disguises himself as a student at Byungmun High School as part of a secret mission.

One moment in particular that caught viewers' attention was when Hae Seong quickly dodged as Soo Ah (Jin Ki Joo) was about to fall toward him, adding to the comedic nature of their encounters.

Undercover High School is charming audiences through its diverse genre, blending comedy, action, and thriller elements to heighten the drama's entertainment value. Jeong Hae Seong struggling to suppress his fighting instincts created both hilarious and eye-catching scenes, while the mysteries surrounding the school delivered thrilling moments. Not to mention, Jeong Hae Seong's action scenes left viewers thoroughly impressed, especially as he took on multiple opponents.
Dynamic cast chemistry
Seo Kang Jun's and Jin Ki Joo's chemistries with the rest of the cast also add additional depth to the story. As Jeong Hae Seong joined the school, he showcased realistic sibling chemistry with Ahn Yoo Jung (Park Se Hyun) and a budding friendship with Dong Min (Shin Jun Hang), who unintentionally helped with his investigation. Oh Soo Ah's relationship with Baek Kwang Doo (Oh Yong) was another comedic point as she did her best to avoid him after accidentally removing his wig. The hilarious encounters between the characters created lively and dynamic portrayals of their relationships, raising anticipation for future episodes.
